The Panosaurus 2.0 is a fully spherical panoramic head, which means it can shoot 360 degrees in both the horizontal and vertical axis while the camera is mounted in the portrait postion.

It can acommodate any DSLR camera which does not exceed 63mm in height from its base to the center of its lens.   This would include almost all DSLR cameras being made today - with the exception of the unusually tall cameras like the Nikon D2X and Canon  1D and a few similar models.

The length of lens the Panosaurus 2.0 can accommodate from its optical center to the tripod hole of the camera is 178mm - or 7 inches.
